Terms of Service
We are finalizing the full terms. The short version: Press is a scoring + settlement ledger for golf side games. You are responsible for the actual money that changes hands between you and your group. Press never receives your funds, never processes payments, and never holds an escrow balance.
What Press does
Press tracks your group's rounds and side-game scoring, then calculates the minimum number of peer-to-peer payments needed to settle. We hand you a deep link into Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App with the amount and recipient pre-filled. You and your group complete the payment in those apps directly.
What Press is not
Press is not a payment processor, money transmitter, escrow agent, or financial institution. It does not hold or transfer money, it does not run games of chance, and it never takes a position against a player. Press records scores and your group's own agreements. The settlements it calculates are private arrangements between you and the people you choose to play with -- made and squared up entirely outside Press.
Subscription
Press Pro is $2.49/month per player. Annual billing is $19.99/year. Every player in a round needs a subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in Settings → Subscription. You will keep access until the end of the billing period after canceling.
Local laws apply
Traditional golf side games are treated differently from place to place. Press is a record-keeping tool -- you are responsible for making sure whatever your group agrees to is permitted where you live and play.
