Privacy Policy
We are finalizing the full policy text. The short version: Press is a ledger for golf side games. We never take custody of your money, we do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising against your scoring history.
What we collect
Account basics from Clerk (email, name, profile photo if provided), the rounds you create or join, scores you enter, settlement records, and the payment handles you choose to add to your profile so the app can deep-link into Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App. We also collect basic product analytics (pages visited, button taps) via PostHog -- no third-party advertising trackers.
What we never do
We never receive or transfer your money -- payments go peer-to-peer through Apple Pay / Venmo / Zelle / Cash App. We never sell your data to third parties. We never advertise based on who you played with or what you bet.
Your data, your call
You can delete your account from Settings → Account. Round data shared with other players is anonymized rather than removed so their scorecards stay intact. Email support@pressbet.golf for any data request and we will get back to you within 7 days.
